US Orders
If you live in the United States (the 50 states and DC), there are two easy ways you can order Posit Science products:
- Online: Visit our web order page at http://www.positscience.com/our-products to place your order online using a credit card.
- Phone: Call us toll-free at 1-866-599-6463 Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Pacific Time, to place your order by phone with a credit card or to pay by check.
International Orders
Online orders are available for customers in the United States, Australia, Canada, Germany, the United Kingdom, and New Zealand. If you live outside of these countries, please call +1-415-373-5685 to place your order.
Payment Methods
Posit Science accepts the following methods of payment: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal check, or money order.
If you are paying by personal check or money order, we must receive your payment within ten days of the day you placed your order or your order will be cancelled. All check orders are subject to a seven-day hold after receipt of payment. Please be sure to write your order number on your check or money order.

Sales Tax
As required by law, Posit Science charges sales tax (9.75%) on any order shipping to a California address. Sales tax applies to products as well as to shipping and handling charges.

Actual Shipment and delivery dates will be provided after order is processed for fulfillment and shipment.
Posit Science uses UPS to ship most orders. After your order is shipped, you will receive a UPS tracking number via email. To track your shipment, please do one of the following:
- Click on the tracking number link included in the tracking email you receive from Posit Science
- Call 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) for domestic or 1-800-782-7892 for international
- Visit www.ups.com directly
All shipments to P.O. Boxes are shipped via USPS first class or parcel post.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Any applicable customs duties or taxes imposed by foreign governments (e.g., VAT, GST, HST etc.) on Posit Science products are additional and will be payable by the recipient at the time of delivery. In some cases, UPS will send you a separate bill for these charges rather than collecting at time of delivery.
Money-Back Guarantee
Posit Science offers a 90-day, risk-free, money-back guarantee on all of our software products. If you are unsatisfied with our software for any reason, please contact us within 90 days from the date of purchase to arrange for a full refund, less shipping and handling charges. If your product is defective, please contact us by phone or email within 90 days from the date of purchase to obtain a replacement part or program at no charge. To ensure prompt and proper processing of your return or replacement, please follow the instructions below for Returns.
Defective Product
If your product is defective, please send us an email or call 1-800-514-3975 within 90 days from the date of purchase to obtain a replacement part or program at no charge.
Returns
If you would like to return a program to Posit Science for refund or replacement, you must first contact Posit Science by calling 1-800-514-3975 (+1-415-373-5685 from outside the U.S.) or emailing Customer Delight. Please provide your original order number (located in the upper right corner of your packing slip or confirmation email beginning with "POS" followed by 7 to 9 digits) and your Product License Code (located on a sticker on your CD sleeve). Failure to follow these return instructions will result in the inability to process the refund.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the credit card originally used to place the order or, in the event of payment by check or money order, by check sent via US Mail. Your refund will be based on the price you paid for the product being returned, less shipping and handling charges. You must follow the instructions under Returns to ensure proper refund.
