Nikos Logothetis brings a wealth of knowledge and innovation to Posit Science through his pioneering research in the field of functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI). His recent work includes the application of fMRI techniques and measurement of the relation of the fMRI signal to neural activity. Dr. Logothetis has also extensively studied the physiological mechanisms underlying visual perception and object recognition. He received a Ph.D. in Neurobiology from the Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich.
